Job Description
Forter is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Solution Consultant to join their team in Singapore. This role is pivotal in communicating and demonstrating the value of Forter's solutions, owning all technical aspects of the sales cycle. The Solution Consultant will collaborate with a high-performing sales team to uncover customer needs, develop value-based use-cases, and create account engagement strategies. They will leverage their technical and business skills, working with Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, R&D, and Product Management teams.
What this role involves:
  • Presenting Forter's solutions to technical and business audiences.
  • Delivering technical insights for business questions during the sales process.
  • Articulating Forter’s integration technology and helping scope projects.
  • Defining and presenting solutions architecture based on customer needs.
  • Preparing and delivering solution messaging to highlight Forter's value proposition.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role with an enterprise B2B product.
  • Solid understanding of the payments industry and/or cloud technologies and APIs within e-commerce.
  • Superior analytical, critical thinking, and quantitative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Proven analysis and problem-solving expertise.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience delivering presentations to senior-level audiences.
  • Ability to learn and assimilate technical information quickly.
