Job Description

Capital on Tap is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join their Acquisition, Credit, Decisioning, and Compliance team (ACDC) in London. The ACDC team is responsible for the software systems used throughout the application and onboarding process for new customers, as well as ongoing monitoring to ensure customer account security. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the Shoreditch office.

The Full Stack Software Engineer will be involved in building internal tools for operations teams and business users, utilizing .Net technology to create robust and scalable solutions. The candidate will also develop intuitive frontend interfaces with Typescript to enhance user experience. Capital on Tap empowers employees to be innovative and solve complex problems.

Role Involves:

  • Building robust and scalable solutions using .Net technology
  • Creating intuitive frontend interfaces with Typescript
  • Owning the SDLC from code to production
  • Partnering with Product Managers and QA
  • Building unit and integration tests
  • Troubleshooting and tweaking code as needed
  • Bridging the gap between tech speak and business goals

Requirements:

  • 3+ years hands-on experience in C#, .Net Core, SQL Server
  • Good testing practices in Unit and Integration testing
  • Good understanding of database technologies
  • Experience in using Agile development practices
  • A passion for learning new skills and technologies
  • A proactive, supportive, and collaborative team player
