HyperionDev, a leading provider of accelerated tech education, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, the individual will consult with potential customers, understand their education needs and career goals and recommend suitable coding bootcamps. The role involves managing customer relationships, assisting in defining admissions strategies, and optimizing team metrics.
Responsibilities: - Engaging with qualified leads to advise on course choices.
- Employing a consultative approach to guide customers through their education.
- Working towards KPIs and exceeding admissions targets.
- Maintaining strong long-term relationships with customers.
- Training junior admissions staff members.
- Ensuring effective administration related to admissions.
- Collaborating with other teams to optimize enrollments.
- Contributing to process improvements.
- Monitoring competitors and identifying new business opportunities.
Requirements: - Minimum 1+ years exposure to the tech industry in South Africa.
- 2+ years of professional sales experience in a closing role.
- Experience working through complex sales cycles.
- Track record of meeting revenue targets and performance quotas.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and reporting from a CRM.
- Ability to record productivity and maintain sales CRM systems.
- Fast learner with excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude and interest in online learning.
