Sony Music Entertainment is seeking a Digital Optimization & CRM Manager to enhance performance, user experience, and conversion rates through data analysis and optimization strategies. This role involves driving traffic and engagement across various online channels.Responsibilities include:
- Optimizing digital content for search algorithms and AI
- Developing and executing data and digital marketing strategies to improve conversion rates
- Identifying and addressing usability issues to optimize user interfaces
- Analyzing user data to identify optimization opportunities
- Implementing personalization strategies and CRM for tailored content delivery
- Monitoring and generating reports on optimization efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Data Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years in digital optimization, CRO, CRM, or related roles
- Strong data analysis skills
- Familiarity with web analytics tools, A/B testing platforms, CMS platforms, and CRM
- Understanding of user behavior
- Project management experience
