Sony Music Entertainment is seeking a Digital Optimization & CRM Manager to enhance performance, user experience, and conversion rates through data analysis and optimization strategies. This role involves driving traffic and engagement across various online channels.Responsibilities include:
  • Optimizing digital content for search algorithms and AI
  • Developing and executing data and digital marketing strategies to improve conversion rates
  • Identifying and addressing usability issues to optimize user interfaces
  • Analyzing user data to identify optimization opportunities
  • Implementing personalization strategies and CRM for tailored content delivery
  • Monitoring and generating reports on optimization efforts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Data Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in digital optimization, CRO, CRM, or related roles
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools, A/B testing platforms, CMS platforms, and CRM
  • Understanding of user behavior
  • Project management experience
