Job Description
Nimble Gravity is seeking a Director of Sales to drive net-new customer acquisition and revenue growth. The Director of Sales will be an integral part of the growth team and will shape the company's strategy for growth through new logos and expansion with existing customers. The ideal candidate has experience selling consulting or professional services in conjunction with technology products as well as building best-in-class teams. Role involves:
  • Driving net-new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Developing a Scalable Sales Strategy.
  • Overseeing pipeline generation efforts.
  • Driving complex sales cycles.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Partnering with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Establishing and tracking revenue goals.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of relevant work history in a tech services or consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of driving net-new customer acquisition.
  • Experience defining best-in-class sales support processes.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise digital and technical landscape.
  • Strong program/project management skills.
  • Experience building executive-level communications and presentations.
  • Fluent English; Spanish proficiency a plus.
  • Experience with revenue operations tools and systems, HubSpot preferred.
  • Ability to work in the US and travel internationally.
