Job Description
Coast, a company focused on modernizing B2B card payments, is seeking an IT Manager to manage and evolve its IT ecosystem. This role offers the opportunity to define the IT roadmap and implement solutions as the company grows. The IT Manager will collaborate with the Platform/Cloud Infrastructure team, Compliance team, and the CTO, while also managing the existing MSP relationship. Coast's office is located in SoHo, New York City, and the company is in the office 4 days a week.Responsibilities:
  • Drive down helpdesk toil through automation and infrastructure improvements.
  • Manage office IT needs for New York City and Salt Lake City.
  • Own the MDM/laptop/mobile/OS stack for the workforce.
  • Manage IT vendors and budgets.
  • Oversee IT security and collaborate with the compliance department.
  • Shape the IT culture of the company.
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in smaller companies, wearing multiple hats.
  • Familiarity with the enterprise Apple ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with at least one MDM stack.
  • Familiarity with at least one IdP stack (e.g., Okta).
  • Familiarity with networking (e.g., VPNs, VLANs, firewalls, DNS).
  • Familiarity with modern office productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace).
  • Experience with enterprise email infrastructure.
  • Ability to automate their own work.
  • Pragmatic and able to get things done.
  • Diligent in operations and business process design.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
