Accounting Intern at Menyala

Menyala, a Venture Studio headquartered in Singapore, is seeking an Accounting Intern to support its finance team with financial operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in startup finance and work closely with the finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in financial reporting, reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Help prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Conduct research on financial best practices and process improvements.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Interest in startup finance and financial operations.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
