Fundraising & Strategic Finance Intern at Menyala

This internship offers a unique opportunity to be involved in venture creation, strategic finance, legal execution, and fundraising, gaining exposure to the early stages of startup development.

The intern will support the team across fundraising, finance, and legal coordination, working closely with operators, investors, and legal experts.

Responsibilities:

• Support investment and due diligence processes.
• Assist in preparing pitch decks and investor updates.
• Conduct market research and financial analysis.
• Support the development of operational models.
• Coordinate document workflows for legal review.
• Help maintain legal document libraries.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
