Venture Research Intern at Menyala

Menyala, a Venture Studio headquartered in Singapore, is offering a 6-month Studio Apprenticeship Program. This program is designed to provide an impactful and differentiated learning experience, offering apprentices the opportunity to work alongside experienced builders and dive into meaningful work.

The Venture Research Intern will play a crucial role in identifying, validating, and building new ventures by translating problem statements into scalable business opportunities. This internship offers hands-on experience in how ventures are built from the ground up, working closely with Venture Architects (VAs).

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-depth research on emerging trends, industries, and market gaps.
• Assisting in defining and refining Opportunity Areas (OAs).
• Synthesizing findings into actionable investment theses.
• Supporting the development of strategic insights.
• Developing collaboration strategies with VCs, startup studios, and ecosystem players.
• Assisting in identifying potential partners and preparing outreach materials.
• Supporting relationship management efforts and event planning.
