Implementation Manager

Thanx is seeking an Implementation Manager to join their Customer Success Team. This role is crucial for onboarding, implementing, and launching new accounts for restaurant, car wash, entertainment, and retail clients. The Implementation Manager will support backend account setup, create executive presentations, develop program recommendations, and lead user acceptance testing. They will also educate and train merchant teams, set expectations, and provide ongoing support to launched customers.

Role Involves:

• Supporting the successful implementation, training and launch of all merchants with Thanx
• Managing all merchant deliverables during implementation.
• Managing integrated Thanx ordering experience and the relationship with ordering, POS, and agency partners during the implementation process.
• Developing and lead C-suite presentations to set expectations.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships as an expert advisor and trusted advocate
• Coordinating smooth account transitions with Customer Success Managers.
• Training merchant teams to promote the program and use our underlying platform to increase customer engagement
• Proactively finding ways to enhance and improve the onboarding process and Customer Success function
• Support launched customers in their marketing journey.

Requirements:

• 2 Years of software/B2B onboarding/implementation/project management experience
• Experience owning and managing multiple complex projects at once
• A BA/BS
• Understanding of startup or face-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and supreme attention-to-detail
• A blended creative and analytical approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with conventional software - GoogleSuite and Excel
• Analytical skills and knowledge of SQL/Excel (a plus)
