Job Description

Parallel is seeking an experienced Clinical Recruiter for a 6-month temporary contract. The role is fully remote within the United States and focuses on high-volume provider hiring to support Parallel's virtual Provider Network. The Clinical Recruiter will source, screen, and hire high-quality telehealth providers.

The role involves:

  • Managing high-volume recruitment of clinical providers.
  • Utilizing sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
  • Conducting screenings and coordinating hiring processes.
  • Collaborating with the Associate Director of Clinical Recruiting.
  • Tracking and managing candidate pipelines using an ATS (Greenhouse).
  • Assisting in offer negotiations and prehire processes.
  • Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in high-volume provider recruiting within telehealth, healthcare, or a similar field.
  • Staffing experience is a plus.
  • Strong ability to source, assess, and close candidates efficiently.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, multi-task effectively, and use time efficiently.
  • A strong sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism and compliance.

The role offers:

  • Pay of $30 - $35 per hour (based on experience) with a bonus incentive.
