Job Description
Mozilla Corporation is seeking a Director of ERP Applications to oversee its enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This role is within the IT Services organization and involves leading a team of ERP specialists to ensure the system aligns with business needs and drives operational efficiency. The Director will collaborate with various departments and senior leadership to optimize ERP systems and support business goals.
Role involves:
- Designing and implementing a long-term ERP strategy.
- Evaluating business requirements and identifying opportunities for ERP system optimization.
- Managing a team of ERP specialists.
- Collaborating with various groups to understand their business needs.
- Facilitating communication between IT and business partners.
- Sharing progress and insights with senior leadership.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in ERP systems implementation and operations.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience with Workday and Netsuite.
- Solid understanding of ERP workflows and development tools.
- Deep understanding of security and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
