Director, Enterprise Resource Planning

Job Description

Mozilla Corporation is seeking a Director of ERP Applications to oversee the entire enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This role involves implementation, maintenance, optimization, and integration with other business systems. The Director will lead a team of ERP specialists and collaborate with various departments to ensure the system aligns with business needs and drives operational efficiency.Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a long-term ERP strategy.
• Evaluate business requirements to enhance ERP systems.
• Manage a high-performing team of ERP specialists.
• Work closely with various groups to understand their business needs.
• Share progress and recommendations with senior leadership.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in ERP systems implementation and operations.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience in ERP applications such as Workday and Netsuite.
• Solid understanding of development tech / tools.
• Deep understanding of security and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
