Director, Enterprise Resource Planning

Mozilla is seeking a Director of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to lead the company's ERP systems. In this role, the Director will oversee the implementation, maintenance, optimization, and integration of ERP systems within Mozilla. They will lead a team of ERP specialists and collaborate with various departments to ensure the system aligns with business needs and drives operational efficiency. The Director will report to the IT Services organization and work across Mozilla entities.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a long-term ERP strategy.
• Evaluate business requirements and identify opportunities for ERP system optimization.
• Manage a team of ERP specialists, providing coaching and mentorship.
• Collaborate with various groups to translate business needs into ERP system requirements.
• Share progress and recommendations with senior leadership.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in ERP systems implementation and operations.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and Netsuite.
• Solid understanding of development tech and tools.
• Experience implementing security and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
