Job Description

Mozilla Corporation is looking for a Senior HRIS Application Engineer to contribute to streamlining Human Resource (HR) workflows and enhance their HRIS team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement Workday integrations, tenant fixes, and enhancements, providing technical support for the Workday instance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct system security audits and recommend improvements.
  • Respond to critical requests and manage feature delivery expectations.
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards.
  • Configure and enhance business processes and integrations.
  • Support HR system requests, including requirements gathering and testing.
  • Diagnose system problems and implement solutions.
  • Support initiatives from the People Team and partners.
  • Drive release management and assess the impact on downstream systems.
  • Maintain process documentation and manage change.
  • Assist with end-user training.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Workday HCM implementation and support experience.
  • Workday HCM configuration and reporting skills.
  • Workday Pro Certifications (HCM, Reporting, Integrations, Security).
  • Experience with EIBs.
  • 3+ years of Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
