Job Description

Numeus, a diversified digital asset investment firm, is seeking an Investment Funds and Business Operations Analyst in Mauritius. The role supports the daily operations of investment funds and overall business activities.

Role Involves:

• Supporting investment fund accounting, NAV calculations, and financial reporting.
• Assisting in daily operational activities of investment funds, including trade processing, reconciliations, and cash management.
• Collaborating with third-party service providers.
• Helping ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Contributing to the development and improvement of operational processes.
• Assisting in investor relations activities, including onboarding new investors, reporting, and communications.
• Working closely with senior team members on ad-hoc analyses, projects, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in asset management, fund operations, accounting, or a related industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Python a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in financial markets and investment management.
• Based in Mauritius
