Vow, a cultured meat company, is seeking a Head of Growth & Revenue to cover a 12-month maternity leave in Sydney, Australia. This role is a unique opportunity to drive the commercial growth and adoption of Vow's innovative meat products in the market.

The Head of Growth & Revenue will be responsible for managing sales, marketing, and communications efforts to execute an effective product expansion strategy across Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. The role involves crafting a playbook for building and scaling consumer followings for future products and brands.

Role Involves:

  • Demand generation leadership
  • Building and growing the foundations of Vow's commercial arm
  • Championing creative brand building and data-driven commercial decision-making
  • Pioneering commercial expansion strategy
  • Overseeing team members in field sales, brand marketing, PR, content design, trade marketing, product marketing, and demand planning

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of customer acquisition and engagement strategies
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing and commercial roles
  • Experience working with emotionally engaging brands
  • Experience leading sales and/or marketing teams
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and thinking from first principles
