Parallel is seeking a School Psychologist Manager to provide psychoeducational assessment and behavioral mental health services. The candidate will work with the Director of School Psychology and Mental Health Services to develop and improve programs. This is a full-time, remote position within the United States.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of school psychologists and behavioral mental health providers.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and clinical support to providers.
Host team roundtables and provider meetings, including training sessions.
Assist in recruiting and onboarding new service providers.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Provider, and School Operations teams.
Work with school district administrators to address concerns and ensure service delivery.
Support the improvement of policies, procedures, and training content.
Assist with clinical quality assurance measures.
Requirements:
State school psychologist license; Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) preferred.
5+ years of clinical experience.
Prior supervision and people management experience.
5+ years of IEP directed therapy and evaluation experience in a school setting.
Experience participating in eligibility/IEP meetings.
Excellent communication skills and self-awareness.
Experience with conducting tele-health services on virtual meeting platforms.
