THE ICONIC is seeking a Brand Manager to join their team in Sydney. The Brand Manager will support the Senior Brand Manager and Director of Brand, Media & Comms in planning and delivering The ICONIC's Masterbrand and strategic brand moments. The role focuses on lifting brand health awareness, traffic (new customers & app) and community engagement.Role involves:
  • Driving strategic brand initiatives.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of the masterbrand campaign.
  • Managing relationships with agency partners.
  • Planning and executing small-mid scale brand activations.
  • Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Conducting market research and analysis.
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Managing budgets.
  • Managing Brand Activations coordinator workload and delivery.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years experience in Brand Management/Brand Activations/Marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legal right to work in Australia.
