THE ICONIC is seeking a Brand Manager to join their team in Sydney. The Brand Manager will support the Senior Brand Manager and Director of Brand, Media & Comms in planning and delivering The ICONIC's Masterbrand and strategic brand moments. The role focuses on lifting brand health awareness, traffic (new customers & app) and community engagement.Role involves:
- Driving strategic brand initiatives.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of the masterbrand campaign.
- Managing relationships with agency partners.
- Planning and executing small-mid scale brand activations.
- Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Conducting market research and analysis.
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.
- Managing budgets.
- Managing Brand Activations coordinator workload and delivery.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years experience in Brand Management/Brand Activations/Marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Legal right to work in Australia.
