THE ICONIC is seeking a Loyalty Campaign Coordinator to enhance customer loyalty. This role is pivotal in designing and executing innovative loyalty campaigns that engage and retain customers. The Loyalty Campaign Coordinator will focus on customer segmentation and personalized communication strategies.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining campaigns to support loyalty initiatives.
  • Build and maintain customer communications and journeys
  • Support the development and launch of loyalty campaigns.
  • Build audience segments to deliver strategic initiatives and campaigns
  • Complete reports on the performance of loyalty campaigns
  • Work closely with other teams to support integrated campaign efforts.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Research the loyalty landscape and provide high-level insights on other loyalty program communications and offers.

Requirements:

  • A passion for all things retail.
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role in CRM/Loyalty or managing data-driven communications
  • Willing participant in a strong and supportive team environment
  • Experience with CRM platforms preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legal right to work in Australia
