Job Description

6sense is seeking a Product Designer III to help shape innovative and impactful user interactions. The Product Designer III will collaborate with Product Managers, UX Researchers, UX Writers, and other Product Designers. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining the future of B2B marketing in the AI era.

Responsibilities:

  • Guides a product development team through all solution-design phases.
  • Builds wireframes and clickthrough prototypes in Figma.
  • Creates clear, concise documentation articulating design rationale.
  • Takes responsibility for scoping design work and communicating possibilities.
  • Presents design concepts and rationale to diverse audiences.
  • Leads cross-functional activities to accelerate the design process.
  • Helps drive design consistency across the product portfolio.
  • Identifies and tracks success metrics to evaluate design effectiveness.
  • Produces strategic assets for problem discovery, definition, and design ideation.
  • Promotes the adoption and evolution of the design system.
  • Recognizes when user research is needed and coordinates UXR efforts.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Product Designer on a complex B2B product.
  • Demonstrated expertise in collaborating with UX Researchers.
  • Strong understanding of usability, UI design, and enterprise design systems.
  • Evidence of using data and storytelling to influence product decisions.
