Powerdot is offering a 1-month internship for a Customer Care role in Lisbon. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for students or young professionals interested in electric mobility. The intern will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and develop key professional skills.
Role involves:
- Assisting with customer inquiries and support through various channels.
- Mastering contact management systems and knowledge bases.
- Supporting investigation of issues, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Escalating and triaging critical issues.
- Providing feedback on processes to enhance operations.
- Documenting customer interactions and trends.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.
- Interest in the electric mobility sector.
