Powerdot is offering a 1-month internship for a Customer Care role in Lisbon. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for students or young professionals interested in electric mobility. The intern will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and develop key professional skills.

Role involves:
  • Assisting with customer inquiries and support through various channels.
  • Mastering contact management systems and knowledge bases.
  • Supporting investigation of issues, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Escalating and triaging critical issues.
  • Providing feedback on processes to enhance operations.
  • Documenting customer interactions and trends.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English and French.
  • Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.
  • Interest in the electric mobility sector.
