Product Ops Specialist at Karbon

Karbon, the global leader in practice management software for accounting firms, seeks a Product Ops Specialist. This role is essential for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of product teams by streamlining processes and tools, fostering organizational alignment, and ensuring data accessibility.

The Product Ops Specialist will work with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, sales, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standardized processes and tools.
• Manage sprint cycles and facilitate sprint release ceremonies.
• Track cross-team initiatives to ensure visibility and alignment.
• Conduct monthly prioritization reviews and project assessments.
• Lead operations research projects to identify pain points and gather best practice insights.
• Maintain a comprehensive data dictionary and enforce event naming conventions.
• Improve product analytics systems to support a data-driven culture.
• Oversee Voice of Customer systems to ensure product teams receive valuable insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product operations, project management, or a related field within the SaaS industry.
• Proven ability to develop and implement cross-functional processes and tools.
• Strong expertise in creating and maintaining data dictionaries.
• Experience in coordinating and tracking cross-team initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
