GenAI Design Trainer at OLIVER+

OLIVER+ is seeking a GenAI Design Trainer to lead their team with expertise and vision. This role requires deep experience with GenAI tools, an understanding of their potential for creators, the advertising industry, and marketing clients, along with positivity, energy, and lateral problem-solving skills. The GenAI Design Trainer will work with the GenAI team to meet with clients, refine briefs, oversee queries from creative teams and intervene in developing, generating, or retouching outputs to meet quality standards. They will also present creative outputs to clients, manage expectations, and report on the delivery process. The ideal candidate will possess:

• 5 years' experience in advertising creative development.
• Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Jasper, etc.
• Experience with GenAI techniques such as model selection and prompting.
• Experience using GenAI to deliver real-world advertising creative.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Good personal communication and management skills.
• Strong written English skills.
• Access to a reliable computer with an internet connection exceeding 40 Mbps.
