GenAI Senior Integrated Designer at OLIVER+

OLIVER+, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Senior Integrated Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering a mix of digital, social, and motion assets for various high-profile brands. This role requires collaboration with a creative team from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and on-brand task completion.

The Senior Integrated Designer will provide an integrated approach to design problem-solving, conceptualization, and implementation, underpinned by a solid framework of common components across all possible dimensions and media specifications. A successful candidate will establish an unbreakable and unified design language easily replicated across multi-channelled media categories, including digital, social, branding, key visuals, motion graphics, and video content.

Role involves:

• Working on projects from start to finish, collaborating across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation.
• Demonstrating strong conceptual and integrated design thinking for web, digital, e-commerce, social content, motion graphics, and advertising.
• Defining the look and feel for a variety of digital and motion design projects.
• Implementing existing brand guidelines on projects.
• Developing user-centered and engaging responsive web and email layouts.
• Presenting work internally and to clients, managing workloads within agreed timings.

Requirements:

• Around 10 years’ experience in a digital or production agency background.
• Strong understanding of conceptualization, graphic design, animation, illustration, and typography.
• Experience executing projects of all sizes with resourcefulness and dedication.
• Ability to maintain a fast-paced and responsive workflow across multiple projects and brands.
• Knowledge of best practices for creating e-commerce, social assets, motion graphics, and mobile-first content.
