OLIVER+, part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Business Lead in Mumbai to lead a team towards innovation and strategic alliances, enhancing client accounts, and boosting business growth across the group. The Business Lead will manage a leading AI content factory, utilizing AI and automation for efficient asset production across global markets. The role requires a leader who can expand portfolios, acquire new business, and create customized talent and production solutions.

The position includes market-specific digital design, creative development, and production oversight, aligning with clients' marketing and advertising objectives on a global scale. The ideal candidate should have experience in producing captivating, business-driven creative content, and digital advertising across integrated channels. They will operate as a strategic partner to clients and agencies, shaping brand and marketing strategies.

The Business Lead will oversee the factory's growth, managing financial forecasting, profit monitoring, and revenue enhancement using AI. The role requires cultural sensitivity, regional awareness, and inspirational communication skills. OLIVER+ seeks a detail-oriented leader who can refine digital and content strategies, yielding tangible business impacts.

What the role involves:

  • Owning customer/partnership relationships and revenue growth across global markets.
  • Leading the team, focusing on leveraging AI, automation, and brandtech tools.
  • Partnering with senior clients internationally to drive opportunities for growth.
  • Developing strong relationships at a senior level globally.
  • Acting as the escalation point for partners in any region.
  • Identifying and collaborating with the business' capabilities in global markets.
  • Identifying and farming opportunities with bespoke creative briefs.
  • Building the integration and adoption of OLIVER+ engagement models.
  • Working closely with regional leadership globally to support team development.
  • Quarterly reporting to the business on your global account plans.
  • Working alongside finance, ops & regional partners to manage dedicated staff utilization.
  • Ensuring financial and contractual controls are in place for all accounts globally.
