Business Lead

OLIVER+, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Business Lead to steer a dynamic team towards innovations and strategic collaborations. This role involves managing one of IIG's leading AI content factory, focusing on AI and automation tools for efficient, scalable content production across global markets. The Business Lead will expand portfolios, secure new business, and craft bespoke talent and production solutions to meet clients' needs.

The role requires familiarity with digital design, creative development, and production oversight, tailoring solutions for clients both on-site and remotely. The ideal candidate will possess commercial acumen and a keen understanding of AI and automation.

What this role involves:

• Owning customer/partnership relationships and revenue growth.
• Leading the team, focusing on leveraging AI, automation, and brandtech tools.
• Partnering with senior clients to drive opportunities for growth.
• Identifying and farming opportunities with bespoke creative briefs.
• Managing dedicated staff utilization, account P&L’s, and budgets.

Requirements:

• Strong gravitas and ability to build relationships with c-suite clients.
• Experience managing large numbers of stakeholders across different regions.
• Good commercial acumen and financial management skills.
• Knowledge in AI and automation technologies.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
