OLIVER+ is seeking an Integrated Designer to join a new team and create digital, social, and print assets for well-known brands. This role involves working with a creative team on diverse projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and on-brand task completion. The Integrated Designer will provide creative vision and design direction underpinned by a solid framework, with a unified design language easily replicated across multi-channel media categories. Responsibilities include strong mixed media design thinking, adapting existing assets across video, digital, and social advertising.
Role involves:
  • Working on projects from start to finish, collaborating across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation.
  • Showing strong conceptual and integrated design thinking for web, digital, ecommerce, social content, print, OOH, POS, and advertising.
  • Defining the look and feel for a variety of digital and print design projects.
  • Implementing existing brand guidelines on projects.
  • Developing user centred and engaging responsive web and email layouts.
  • Developing printed collateral from start to repro ready.
  • Presenting work internally and to clients and manage workloads within agreed timings.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of digital & print design experience in an advertising, branding or in house agency.
  • Excellent ideation/conceptual and digital & digital reflected in their portfolio.
  • A deep affinity with layout, typography, and idea-generation.
  • Expert knowledge in Social Platforms executions.
  • Excellent Adobe CS skills.
  • Print design experience for point-of-sale concept and design.
  • Proficient in Microsoft365 and Mac OS.
