Job Description
WongDoody is seeking a Producer to join their team in Stuttgart. The Producer will be responsible for the calculation, production, and controlling of various projects in CGI & Motion Design, Interactive, and Postproduction. They will plan, manage, and control all production-related activities, holding organizational, technical, qualitative, and financial responsibility for complex projects, including international teams, both local and remote.
The role involves:
- Calculating, producing, and controlling projects in CGI & Motion Design, Interactive, and Postproduction.
- Planning, managing, and controlling production activities.
- Taking responsibility for complex projects, including international teams.
- Providing client consultation and building relationships.
- Preparing and presenting projects to clients.
- Recruiting and coordinating freelancers and external service providers.
- Implementing measures to improve project performance.
- Leading interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
- A degree in Film, Media, Media Economics, Communication Design or similar education.
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Producer in film productions, agencies, and/or post-production houses.
- Experience in client care and coordination of complex projects and campaigns.
- Ideally Automotive Know-How.
- Excellent business management skills.
- Several years of experience in the field of moving images (CGI, Virtual Productions, Interactive & Live Communication etc.).
- Good knowledge of digital trends and brand understanding.
- Quick comprehension and a high degree of responsibility.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Very good German and English skills.
