(Senior) Controller/FPA Analyst (m/f/d)

Job Description

Appinio is seeking a Senior Controller/FPA Analyst to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Director of Finance, independently managing financial reports, driving profitability, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. This role offers exposure to C-Level executives and General Managers, aiding in preparing board presentations, investor reports, and supporting future fundraising initiatives. The (Senior) Controller/FPA Analyst will:

• Develop and maintain scalable reporting systems.
• Drive financial planning and business insights.
• Foster business growth through financial modelling.
• Monitor macroeconomic trends and link them to business performance.
• Support annual budgeting and cash flow management.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or MBA in Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in controlling/FP&A.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience in building finance and reporting structures.
• Fluency in English.
• Positive, helpful, and independent attitude.
