This role is pivotal in empowering and educating customers to achieve their best skin possible. The Retail Skin Therapist will embody Dermalogica's brand DNA through education, personalization, and human touch.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service, providing personalized consultations and treatments. They will take ownership of monthly targets, perform Face Mapping, and maintain the treatment area. The individual will play a crucial role in creating a personalized skincare journey for each client.

Role Involves:

• Advising, listening, and connecting with customers.
• Performing treatments and creating personalized skincare programs.
• Educating clients on homecare routines.
• Taking ownership of monthly targets.
• Performing Face Mapping to understand client needs.
• Maintaining treatment areas.

Requirements:

• Equivalent Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electrical is essential.
• Ideally, Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification (Microneedling and Chemical Peels) or willingness to obtain it through Dermalogica's funded training.
• Experience as a Sales Advisor in Retail, Beauty, or FMCG is preferred.
• Passion for skin health.
