The Customer Success Manager role at AppViewX involves driving customer onboarding, adoption of the product, and identifying new business opportunities. The Customer Success Manager acts as a customer advocate. They work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and challenges, then coach them on leveraging AppViewX solutions. The role combines coaching, project management, and product expertise to help customers achieve value through AppViewX.

The role involves:

  • Onboarding new customers and ensuring they meet key objectives.
  • Accelerating adoption of new solutions.
  • Driving value realization.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Serving as the customer's primary point of contact, offering guidance and support to help them achieve their business outcomes.
  • Managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, account renewal and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of customer-facing experience in solutioning, post-sale support, customer success, or project management with a technical background.
  • Flexibility to work in the US shift.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience managing Enterprise customer accounts.
  • Strong customer management skills.
  • Good understanding of key technical concepts around Network, PKI, Automation, Security and systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills.
  • Comfortable working in extended time zones.
