AppViewX is seeking a Senior Solution Support Engineer to join their Technical Assistance Centre in Coimbatore. In this role, the individual will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, optimizing the platform, and implementing AppViewX Platform to solve complex automation problems. The engineer will serve as the final point of escalation for customers, utilizing technical expertise to resolve issues and create content for support. They will also be involved in migrating customers to the latest code, report generation and providing feedback for improvements.

Role Involves:

  • Handling customer inquiries, concerns and suggestions.
  • Optimizing platform to enhance smooth operations and experiences.
  • Designing and implementing AppViewX Platform.
  • Serving as the final escalation point, resolving issues, and creating follow-up tickets.
  • Creating and improving content for support.
  • Migrating customers to the latest code.
  • Generating reports and utilizing information.
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for improvements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent business communication and soft skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer/IT/Network background.
  • Certification in Kubernetes, Networking & Systems.
  • Certifications such as RHCE, Linux+, Network+ or CCNA, any Security certifications are an added positive.
  • Hands-on experience in Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
  • Experience in Networking, Security, Certificate Management (PKI) platforms.
  • Experience in management, deployments and hotfix patching of applications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and decode problems.
  • Knowledge of Python or any scripting language as an advantage.
