Analytics Engineer Manager (x/f/m) at Doctolib

Doctolib is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineering Manager to lead a team of 6-7 individuals in the Product domain. The Analytics Engineering Manager will be the owner of the complete data pipeline, from data extraction to publication. Doctolib's approach to deliver value and impact is product oriented.

What this role involves:

• Managing and growing the AE team of 6-7 engineers.
• Defining the technical roadmap in alignment with Tech & Product goals.
• Collaborating with Data Product Managers to iterate on Data Products.
• Collaborating with Data & Machine Learning Platforms teams to empower innovation.
• Creating a strong team culture aligned with engineering standards and customer focus.
• Participating in hands-on work, including code reviews, grooming, and design review.

Requirements:

• Experience leading and managing a team, ensuring their professional growth.
• Mastery of the entire data lifecycle, from data extraction to publication.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to bring new ideas and innovative approaches to analytics engineering.
• Ability to engage in cross-team collaboration with other Analytics Engineering teams.
• Ability to help team members to make them growth and to develop their career.
