Data Governance Manager (x/f/m) at Doctolib

Doctolib is seeking a Data Governance Manager to lead the data governance program. The role involves ensuring the integrity, quality, and security of data assets to support Doctolib's AI products and business goals. The Data Governance Manager will be based in Levallois HQ.

Role Involves:

• Defining and driving the data governance strategy and roadmap.
• Managing and leading a small team of data governance specialists.
• Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Developing and rolling out data governance policies, standards, and processes.
• Working with engineering teams to embed policies within the platform.
• Establishing and implementing controls and KPIs to track program success.
• Implementing a federated data governance model.
• Collaborating with legal, security, and data product management teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience leading a data governance program.
• 10+ years in tech or data-related positions.
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in data, computer science, or related field.
• Experience in highly regulated industries, ideally healthcare.
• Experience deploying federated governance in a data mesh environment.
• Ability to work with top management and operational teams.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Coding proficiency (read/write).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
