Doctolib is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a key engineering team within their Patient Services organization. This role involves building the #1 digital medical companion for patients across Europe. The Engineering Manager will manage a team of engineers, focusing on backend systems (Java, Python) and mobile development. The initial challenge involves creating features for young parents to manage their children's health journey.
Role Involves:
- Pioneering advanced healthcare experiences from concept to launch.
- Building and developing a team of engineers.
- Driving technical excellence and innovation.
- Owning end-to-end delivery of critical features.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals.
- Shaping the engineering culture.
Requirements:
- 2+ years managing engineering teams.
- Track record of improving platform performance.
- Strong commitment to code quality and testing.
- Ability to select appropriate technologies.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- Demonstrated ability to attract, hire, and retain engineering talent.
- Bonus: Experience building B2C products at scale, healthcare technology background, personalization engines experience.
