Engineering Manager - Growth (x/f/m) at Doctolib

Doctolib is seeking an Engineering Manager to join its Patient Services domain. The ideal candidate will lead an engineering team to maximize the number of patients benefiting from Doctolib's services and enhance one of France's most downloaded apps. This role combines technical leadership with people management, focusing on coaching, training, and organizational development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering team to maximize patient numbers.
• Empower the team to build better products.
• Ensure business objectives are met through team growth and performance.
• Set the team roadmap and oversee delivery and quality.
• Participate in code reviews and provide hands-on support.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve the engineering team.
• Partner with Talent & People teams for recruitment, development, and retention.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of people management experience with an engineering team.
• Experience with Typescript (React and React Native), Ruby on Rails, and Java.
• Proven experience in optimizing website performance and efficiency.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles.
• Experience with integrating CRM solutions.
• Understanding of the value of code testing.
• Ability to adapt to efficient technologies.
• Experience developing efficient, maintainable, and secure B2C products.
• Comfortable speaking English daily.
