Doctolib is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join their team and help transform access to healthcare. The Analytics Engineer will be part of a team that builds and maintains data products to provide insights and support decision-making across Doctolib. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders, explore data, define specifications, and manage projects, all while ensuring data product quality and security.Role involves:
  • Building, maintaining, and evolving data products
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their data needs
  • Building data pipelines to support Doctolib’s AI strategy
  • Defining and implementing high-level reporting
  • Ensuring data products quality, security, and availability
  • Guiding stakeholders and empowering data self-service
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and DBT
  • Experience building data pipelines
  • Understanding of functional aspects of data (Sales, Finance, Web Analytics, Product)
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Metabase, Superset, Power BI
  • Good communication skills
  • Results-oriented and proactive approach
  • Experience working with business teams
  • Fluency in both French & English
