Doctolib is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their AI team, focusing on information retrieval. This role involves developing and implementing AI solutions to improve healthcare access and quality. The engineer will work with a team of machine learning engineers, software engineers, and healthcare professionals to deploy AI models that impact people's lives. They will contribute to simplifying how patients find healthcare practitioners, manage their care plans, and support Doctolib's expansion into new markets.
The role involves:
- Finding technical solutions to solve product domain goals.
- Implementing and testing ideas.
- Deploying algorithms in production, guided by the ML platform team.
- Measuring uplift and continuously improving approaches.
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in machine learning.
- Experience in Information Retrieval methods: Learning-to-Rank, Hybrid search, Approximate Nearest Neighbor.
- Proficiency in LLM applications: evaluation, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with large-scale applications in production.
- Analytical skills, result-oriented, and user-first mindset.
