Doctolib is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join its feature team in Paris, focusing on shaping the new consultation experience powered by a medical assistant. The role involves creating and implementing AI solutions to transform healthcare delivery. The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will work on developing and deploying AI models that support healthcare professionals and impact people's lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, find, or adapt model architecture, annotation, or validation strategies to improve speech recognition, summarization, and medical data structuration engines.
  • Implement and test ideas.
  • Deploy algorithms in production, guided by the ML platform team.
  • Measure uplift and continuously improve the approach.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience working on Language Models, including pre-trained models like GPT and BERT.
  • Proven track record of working on NLP projects, with a focus on LLM and RAG frameworks.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch for training and fine-tuning LLM models.
