Doctolib is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Clinical Assistant team in Paris, focusing on developing an AI-powered product. Doctolib's mission is to transform healthcare by building innovative products and features. The role involves collaborating within a cross-functional team to enhance the Consultation Assistant, which aims to streamline medical record documentation and free healthcare professionals from administrative tasks.

The role involves:

  • Collaborating with product managers, designers, data scientists, and other engineers to define and implement features.
  • Taking a leading role within the team and contributing to establishing a technical vision.
  • Continuously improving the way Doctolib designs, implements, tests, and monitors high-quality features.
  • Improving the performance of key features implemented in React, Ruby, and Python.
  • Taking leadership in delivering roadmap items and co-driving the creation of the roadmap.

Requirements include:

  • 5/6 years of full-stack software engineering experience with React, Ruby, and Python or similar frameworks.
  • Strong interest in AI/ML and willingness to leverage it to impact healthcare.
  • Proactive, curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.
  • Focus on code quality and a rigorous testing culture.
  • Fluency in English.
