Doctolib is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Health Observation stream within the Clinical domain. The role involves working on a modular, robust, and scalable virtual patient file that caters to the needs of various health professionals. The successful candidate will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to implement features that improve healthcare access for patients.
The Senior Software Engineer will take a leading role within the team, contributing to the technical vision and ensuring the application's performance, security, and usability. They will also improve the performance of key features implemented in Node.js/typescript and collaborate on delivering roadmap items with the team.
What this role involves:
- Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Contributing to the technical vision for performance, security, and usability.
- Improving the performance of key features implemented in Node.js/typescript.
- Collaborating on delivering roadmap items.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience, including experience with React and/or Ruby on Rails.
- Proactive, curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- Good understanding of web technologies and software development life cycle.
- A “user first” mindset.
- Focused on code quality and have a rigorous testing culture.
- Eager to share knowledge and help the team grow.
