Doctolib is seeking a Staff Engineer to join the Health Care Professional Data Platform team within the Business Performance domain. This role involves working within a stream to develop new projects aimed at improving how healthcare professionals collaborate. The Staff Engineer will contribute to multiple Feature Teams, focusing on areas such as compliance, service optimization for users, and a centralized identity management system for practitioners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working on compliance projects - ID card verifications, Right To Practice, User generated Content Moderation
  • Building a service to analyze user tool usage (Agenda, Clinical, Care Cooperation)
  • Creating a centralized system for practitioners to manage identities across solutions
  • Developing a "social network" for healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
  • Experience with system at scale
  • Knowledge of software and system design
  • Ability to adapt to efficient technologies
  • Eagerness to grow the tech at Doctolib
  • Hands-on experience with React and Java or Ruby on Rails
  • English proficiency
  • Experience in Architecture choices for high traffic web applications
  • Experience in a hyper-growth environment
