Doctolib is seeking a Group FP&A Lead to strengthen the role of the FP&A team in owning financial performance and communication. The FP&A team plays a central role in providing Doctolib leaders with the tools to address financial obstacles and seize advantages.This role involves working with other finance teams and supporting top management to facilitate decision-making and scalability.
Responsibilities: - Contributing to budget, reforecast exercises, and 5-year plan preparation.
- Creating Group reports for senior leadership and board members.
- Developing financial marketing documents and models.
- Consolidating information from FP&A peers to create a P&L view.
- Developing initial views on new initiatives and countries.
- Preparing simulations and models based on various scenarios.
- Overseeing the closing process and facilitating corporate guideline implementation.
- Acting as the reporting tool's key user and driving process improvements.
- Performing ad-hoc analysis.
Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in finance or consulting positions.
- Robust financial and data analysis skills, including financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and able to operate in fast-paced environments.
- Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience in a subscription business with understanding of SaaS metrics is a plus.
- Good knowledge of finance principles and accounting (e.g., IFRS Standards) is a plus.
- Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
