Doctolib is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their Milan office. This role is crucial for providing excellent IT support to Doctolib employees and contributing to the company's growth.

Role involves:

  • Providing IT support to users both on-site and remotely.
  • Offering level 2 support for incidents escalated by the service desk.
  • Collaborating with teams based abroad and with squads.
  • Escalating and tracking tickets for other support teams.
  • Documenting resolution processes and methods.
  • Proposing automation or processes to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Detecting recurring incidents to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participating in the qualification of new IT equipment and testing new applications.
  • Preparing IT packages for new employee onboarding.
  • Carrying out onboarding and offboarding tasks.
  • Troubleshooting and replacing meeting room and network equipment.
  • Setting up desks and cabling in new offices.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a BTS, BA(Hons) or equivalent IT-oriented background.
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT support position.
  • Experience supporting core systems and account management tools (MS Azure AD, Google Gsuite/Workspace).
  • Experience with network configuring/troubleshooting (Cisco Meraki).
  • Experience managing/troubleshooting events and meeting rooms (Zoom and Google Meet).
  • Experience contributing to projects.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to synthesize information.
  • Rigorous, organised, and autonomous.
  • A sense of service and a solution-oriented mindset.
