Doctolib is seeking an Alternance Community Engagement Associate to assist in managing and engaging their community of 230,000 users in France. This person will address user suggestions and requests, generate engagement, provide quality content, and strive for maximum impact. They will be deeply involved in the future development of Doctolib's products and the improvement of service quality, contributing to overall user engagement and satisfaction.Role involves:
  • Responding to user inquiries and providing solutions.
  • Monitoring and moderating the online community.
  • Defining editorial guidelines, publishing articles, and animating the community.
  • Coordinating information with internal teams, including product, GTM, product marketing, legal, and support.
  • Participating in the redesign of community tools.
Requirements:
  • Empathy and a focus on the user.
  • Action-oriented with a drive to find solutions and propose new ideas.
  • Rigor, diligence, and reactivity.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Creative skills and a sense of marketing content creation are a plus.
