Doctolib is seeking a Product Marketing Director for an 8-month contract (CDD) to cover maternity leave. This role involves leading product marketing strategies for four key business segments: generalist doctors, specialist doctors, dentists, and partnerships.
The Product Marketing Director will spearhead initiatives to drive growth, retention, satisfaction, and product usage, focusing on NPS and ARR as primary KPIs. They will represent the voice of over 100,000 healthcare professionals, collaborating with various Doctolib teams including Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Data. Reporting to the VP Growth and managing a team of 9, this leader will foster a culture of user and product centricity while delivering significant business impact. The role is based in Paris, with a requirement of 3 days onsite work.
What this role involves: - Market & Customer Insights: Conduct research on doctors' needs, monitor market dynamics and competitors.
- Product Prioritization & Discovery: Partner with Product Management to identify market gaps and opportunities.
- Product Positioning & Narrative: Develop positioning strategies and value propositions.
- Usage & Satisfaction: Monitor product usage and satisfaction metrics, and translate insights into product improvements
- Growth plan: Design comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
Requirements: - 10+ years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience in leading Strategic or Product Marketing teams in SaaS business.
- Experience launching new products or delivering go-to-market strategy.
- Experience engaging multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong storytelling & copywriting skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
