Doctolib is seeking a SEO Strategist to join its Growth Marketing team. This person will drive the acquisition of new healthcare practitioners across the French market, leveraging the SEO channel. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise and be a strategic thinker.

The role involves:

  • Developing and executing a robust SEO strategy focused on the French market.
  • Crafting dedicated SEO plans tailored to verticals like medics, pharmacists and physiotherapists.
  • Collaborating with global product and website teams on technical SEO best practices.
  • Working with product marketing managers to identify strategic topics and opportunities.
  • Collaborating with content teams and agencies to produce high-quality content.
  • Analyzing SEO performance and providing recommendations to improve traffic and conversion.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and algorithm updates.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of SEO experience, preferably in B2B.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth through SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs.
  • Experience in managing content creation with agencies or internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
