Doctolib is seeking an Assistant Community Manager Intern to join its Marketing Patient team. The intern will be passionate about social media and have an interest in the healthcare sector. This is a 6-month internship based in Levallois-Perret, with a hybrid work model (3 days onsite).

Responsibilities include:

  • Moderating community interactions on various channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, Trustpilot, app stores)
  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting social media campaign data to evaluate impact and track KPIs
  • Participating in the creation of engaging content for patient-oriented channels, including brainstorming, creating visuals, short videos, and publications
  • Collaborating with internal (design, communication) and external (content creators) teams

Requirements:

  • Student in communication, marketing, design, or equivalent, with a specialization in digital or social media
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Meta, TikTok), planning tools (Asana, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite), and creation tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, Capcut)
  • Creativity, proactivity, and thoroughness in execution
  • Proficiency in English
  • Interest in the healthcare sector is a plus
