Doctolib is seeking a motivated and passionate intern to join their Employer Brand & Internal Communication team in Nantes. This is a 6-month internship focused on internal communications.
The intern will work closely with the team to enhance internal communications, ensuring Doctolibers are well-informed and aligned with the company's mission and strategy. The role involves close collaboration with various teams to craft impactful content and manage communication campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing internal communication campaigns.
- Crafting engaging content and messages.
- Managing the monthly newsletter and other recurring communications.
- Optimizing content on the Doctolib careers site.
- Analyzing key indicators and contributing to improvement areas.
Requirements:
- Talent for creating impactful and engaging content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with agility and rigor.
- Proficiency in digital tools and enthusiasm for new technologies, especially AI.
- Data-driven approach to measure the impact of actions.
- Proficiency in English for collaboration in an international environment.
